How do I book my holiday?
Can I pay the balance of my booking when I arrive at the Camping?
No, the total cost must be payed at least 30 days before your date of arrival at the Camping Village.
If I'm forced to cancel my booking or to interrupt my holiday, can I have a refunding?
If the cancellation is due to one of the causes covered by the "Insured Holiday" policy you have to contact in writing UNIQUA Assicurazioni Spa (read about this in the informative note "Guarantee of rembursement for vacation expenses") and the Baia Holiday offices. If the cancellation is due to reasons not covered by the insurance policy and is done at least 15 days before the date the holiday starts, it will be possible to use the paid amount, net of the booking fee, for a new booking in the same Camping-Village for the following season. The bonus voucher can be used only for one booking and towards a booking of equal or higher value. If the interruption of the holiday is due to a cause not covered by the insurance policy, there will be no refunding.
