Booking Conditions

  BOOKING  CONDITIONS   BAIA HOLIDAY

1)    Bookings can be handled and concluded by mail, fax or e-mail or over internet through our online booking system.  Minimum stay: 7 nights in the period from 03/07/2010 to 28/08/2010; 3 nights in the remaining period.
    The booking is only valid for the person in whose name it was booked and those persons listed on the booking form.

2)    On receipt of the “booking request for tourist services”, Baia Holiday will send the client the “Booking Confirmation” indicating the selected Camping-Village, the accommodation type, the arrival and departure dates, the exact amount of the rental and the deposit equal to 25% of the total cost plus the fixed booking fee.

3)     The client who books a stay must pay the deposit within 10 days of receipt of the “Booking Confirmation”  and the outstanding balance no later than 30 days prior to his arrival date at the Camping-Village (notwithstanding any promotions). For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total rental amount must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.  On receipt of the final payment, the client will be sent a confirmation voucher. Tourist tax (where applicable) and any charges for supplementary services should be paid directly at the Camping-Village.

ATTENTION: Failure to respect any of the above mentioned payment due-dates may result in  the booking agent and/or the organizer exercising their right to cancel the booking, reserving the right to apply charges for any additional damages caused to the organizer.

4)     On arrival at the Camping-Village, Clients must report to Reception with the booking confirmation Voucher. The structure booked will be available to Guests from 5.00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9.00 a.m. on the departure day. Pitches are available to Guests from 12.00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the departure day. In the event of any delayed departures (after 9.00 a.m. for structures and after 10.00 a.m. for pitches), the Camping-Village will charge the Client the full daily rate (price of structure + price of people) as per the public price list.

5)     Final cleaning: Customer is responsible for doing the final cleaning of the accommodation unit (mobile-home /     caravan. Should the final cleaning not be done or should be inadequate, a final cleaning fee of Euro 50,00 will     be charged. For stays under 7 nights, compulsory final cleaning charge of Euro 30,00.

6)     Any cancellation request subsequent to payment of deposit or outstanding balance must be notified in writing. If     clients are forced to cancel for reasons not covered by the insurance policy, they will not be refunded. However,     for bookings cancelled for reasons not covered by the insurance policy, in the case of cancellations made at     least 15 days prior to the arrival date, Guests may ask for a bonus voucher and choose to use the same sum     minus the booking fee within the following season in the same campsite as in reservation (the bonus voucher     can be used only for one booking and towards a booking of equal or higher value). Refunds will not be admitted     in case of  partial use of the bonus voucher or in case of cancellations made after the above mentioned deadline     of this booking contract.

7)        On signing the “booking request for tourist services”, accepts the Baia Holiday booking conditions, the prices     indicated by Baia Holiday and undertakes to observe the Baia Holiday regulations. Baia Holiday has the right to     terminate the contract should the subscriber, her/his family and/or friends not observe these regulations.

8)         Pets are allowed in all Camping-Village. Guests that have pets and wish to rent an accommodation, have to     ask availability to the Campsites.

9)         Any possible promotion (special offer, last minute, etc.) offered subsequent to the publish date of this brochure     derives from renegotiating terms with suppliers, thus cannot have a retroactive effect being subject to limited     availability.

10)         The rates given upon a booking request for a package booking including boat and ferry service are based on     the fares applied by the shipping company. Therefore, at the moment of placing the order, the rate level may     increase in case there should be no more availability in the chosen booking class.

11)        No further changes to names or number of persons previously reported on the booking contract may be made.     To the structures will be admitted only those persons reported on the booking confirmation voucher. The     Management of the Camping-Village may refuse to assign the accommodation unit should the Guest not     respect this booking term.
12)        Communications from the Clients relative to the accommodation will be treated as such. They are not     contractual binding or guaranteed and the Management reserves the right, at its discretion, to allocate the     accommodation.
