The Baia Next has an area of approximately 34 square metres and can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons.

The interior furnishings are complete and comfortable: kitchenette with cooker, fridge with freezer, living room with sofa and TV, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is raised, 2 bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet and wardrobes for clothes. Outside there is a small garden with table and chairs and a raised wooden terrace. Equipment included: electricity, water and gas supply, crockery, first supply of bed linen and blankets, air conditioning/heating, TV, car parking.
