DOGS
Within the campsite’s private beach, 20 meters from the entrance, there is an area equipped and dedicated to our Guests’ mascots, with a reserved area in the sea as well. According to a new resolution by the Region of Sardinia, you are allowed to walk on beaches from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. admiring the sunset or sunrise in the company of your four-legged friend!
About 700 meters from the Camping Village is available at the free public Dog beach of Maria Pia.
DOG WASH AREA
To pamper and care for your four-legged friends even while on vacation, we provide a dog washing area.
Dogs are allowed in the restaurant and all common areas of the campground with a leash; they are not allowed in the Water Park and the market.
Inside the campsite, in a peripheral area, you can let your animals run and play (the area is unfenced).
Disclosure of the presence of a pet and payment of a daily fee is required at the time of booking.

Sardinia is an ideal destination for family vacations, which is why we have come up with a club service for the little ones. The BaiaTribe is able to provide safe fun, with qualified staff, for various age groups:
KidsClub for ages 5 to 8;
JayClub ages 9 to 11;
TeenClub 12 and up.
PROGRAM
The animation of the Camping Village Laguna Blu, with a daily program of activities, will keep you playing and entertained during your vacation. In the morning, to get your day off to a better start, loosen up your muscles with some gymnastics in the pool and don’t miss the fun sessions of Aquagym. During the day, go wild on the beach with games offered by the entertainment team or try your hand at a tournament in Camping Village foosball. In the evening we start with children’s fun with baby dance and continue with entertaining shows, musicals, cabaret and variety and piano bar.
GLUTEN FREE AND FOOD INTOLERANCES
Baia Holiday pays special attention to the well-being of guests both in its offerings and in correct information about allergens.
A selection of products and recipes with ingredients and preparations that are mindful of the needs of those who are intolerant or allergic to certain foods are available at the Market.
The Restaurant will try to meet your needs. Should you decide to book one of our facilities, we encourage you to report intolerances at the time of booking so that we can better verify the availability or non-availability of products for celiacs.
Water Park: Pools, Sprays & Wellness Park!
TheAquapark offers a rejuvenating and refreshing time for all our guests.
In addition to the opportunity to swim and keep fit, different areas within the pools can be accessed for fun or just relaxing.
In-water whirlpool beds, relaxation nooks, whirlpool areas, water jets, clear and turquoise backdrops where you can swim, relax, be together–your vacation dream come true!
Games and Spray Park for the children!
Adventurous and lively experiences await children at the spray park. Immersed in a world of color and fun, they will enjoy exciting slides, including one through a thrilling tunnel, a path sprayed with cool splashing water, and a series of engaging water games. A water Paradise that promises laughter and happiness for the whole family!
The facilities at Camping Village Laguna Blu are modern and eco-friendly.
The water park is open from May to the end of October. Opening dates may be subject to change based on weather conditions.
Entrance to the swimming pools is free for guests of the facility.
We ask all Guests to wear a swimming cap before entering the water.
We also guarantee the observance of the silence time for the Water Park area.
It is possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, services are charged.
The beach at Laguna Blu campsite in Alghero is 20 meters in front of the main entrance, reached by crossing the small road connecting Fertilia with Alghero.
The wide beach is partly free and partly equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee. The service can be booked at the time of reservation or hired directly on site, even on a daily basis. It also has a kiosk bar open from June to September.

Within the campsite beach concession we have a reserved and equipped area for guests with animals both on the beach and in the sea.
POSIDONIA
Alghero’s beautiful beaches can be affected by natural events such as winds and sea currents that cause the beaching of posidonia: a marine plant of such high importance to the sea and its coastline that it is recognized, protected and safeguarded by national and international regulations. Posidonia is typical of the Mediterranean Sea, and its presence testifies to the high environmental quality of the area.
Although at first glance it may appear unpleasant when dry (it gives off a distinctive odor), posidonia is an endemic marine plant that plays a key role in mitigating the erosion we see on many of our beaches.
Walking along the beach ,especially after a swell, you may come across Posidonia Oceanica which, contrary to popular belief, is not seaweed but a valuable plant with a diverse structure, just like land plants, equipped with roots, an underground stem called rhizome, leaves, flowers and fruits. These plants develop in grasslands that colonize sandy bottoms up to 30, 40 m. depth.
The stronger fibers of the leaves are compacted by the waves and returned to the beach in the form of egagropolis or sea potatoes (better known in Alghero as “buric”).
Why is seagrass so important to the ecosystem?
– It releases up to 20 liters of oxygen per day per square meter of vegetation into the environment;
– It represents a safe and food-rich place for many fish (including seahorses), so it is a wonderful place for snorkeling;
– It prevents coastal erosion through the piles of leaves accumulated on the beach (called banquettes) that protect the shoreline. This plant thus makes it possible to save meters of beach each year that would otherwise disappear;
