How to make a reservation?

Reservations can be made:

To confirm the reservation, a 25% deposit is due within 7 days and the balance 15 days before arrival.

Terms and conditions

How to edit a reservation?

Changes in terms of personal information, number of participants, or ancillary services from what is stated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation are accepted within 15 days before the arrival date.

Requests for change of date and/or change of accommodation are also allowed if communicated within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date

What are the payment methods?

Reservations can be settled by credit card online, over the phone with one of our operators or by bank transfer.

The accepted payment circuits are VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI. It is also possible to pay in installments with Scalapay.

Are there minimum stays? Fixed arrival and departure days?

Depending on periods and accommodations there is a minimum number of nights, with free day of arrival for most units.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is a tax that guests have to pay for nights spent in the accommodations. It is excluded from all estimates.

The amounts, duration, and exemptions of the tourist tax vary according to the municipality of the location and must be paid locally.

Environmental contribution

Every vacation involves an environmental impact, but together we can do something about it!
In order to safeguard and preserve the magnificent habitat of the naturalistic areas where our facilities are located, we have introduced the “Environmental Contribution” is applied to the amount of the stay and is entirely devoted to financing actions for environmental sustainability. The current cost is €2.90

ASSURED VACATIONS

What are the cancellation policies?

Baia Holiday stays by your side to ensure your vacation, thanks to our SAFE TRAVEL GUARANTEE, you are protected and don’t worry if you fail to make your trip.

A request for cancellation of a confirmed reservation, must be submitted in writing by email. Cancellation by the customer for the entire or partial stay, delayed departure or early return is subject to a penalty of the amount paid.

25% of the amount paid will be charged for cancellations up to 15 days before arrival.

From the 14th will be charged 100%

➡️ Reservations with a minimum of 4 nights include the SAFE TRAVEL GUARANTEE which allows the refund of the amount paid, within the insured limits, through an insurance policy for certifiable cases and other reasons included in the policy; for cases excluded from the policy, the amount paid is guaranteed through a voucher issued directly by Baia Holiday.

In case of cancellation, is a voucher provided?

Yes, only for customers who have included in their reservation the Viaggia Sicuro insurance policy, Baia Holiday is willing to cover the practice and the penalties provided for the withdrawal from the contract for the cases not provided and/or covered by the insurance policy, through the issuance of a nominative voucher according to the booking conditions.

  • It is NOT fractionable
  • NOT refundable
  • It is transferable by notifying the reservation center of the new holder

Are your facilities Pet Friendly?

Of course! All Baia Holiday facilities are pet-friendly, and depending on the one you choose for your next stay you will find accommodations, areas and beaches dedicated to your pet, reserved shower facilities, welcome kits in collaboration with Monge, and hygienic bag dispensers.

Is there an extra charge for staying with my dog?

Yes, a surcharge is applied on the stay with pet and the cost of mandatory final cleaning for the units.

ANIMATION

Is animation present?

Of course, the Baia Crew, our entertainment staff, awaits you at our facilities with a full schedule of daily events: muscle-awakening gymnastics, games on the beach, in the pool and other various activities. Our Baia Tribe, the club for the little ones, guarantees fun in safety.

Three age groups:
– KidsCLUB ages 5 to 8.
– JayCLUB ages 9 to 11.
– TeenCLUB ages 12 and up.

Services adjusted to regional Covid-19 regulations.

Is it possible to book the ferry?

Certainly, Baia Holiday, thanks to its cooperation with major shipping companies, offers its guests a ferry booking service to Sardinia with advantageous rates for connections from Genoa, Livorno, Piombino and Civitavecchia to Olbia, Golfo Aranci and Porto Torres.

Day and night departures by bridge passage or cabin with car, caravan or camper.
