Residence regulations
TITLE I – Preliminary Provisions
1. Ownership and Purpose – The camping site Centro Vacanze Isuledda is managed by the company Baia Camping Village srl, based in Salò (BS), p.zza Vittorio Emanuele II n° 31, VAT number and tax code 03065190989, hereinafter referred to as BCV. It provides in favor of its customers the accommodation service as defined by the regional regulations under the responsibility of individual accommodations.
TITLE II – Procedures
CHAPTER I – Service Provision
SECTION I – Persons eligible for supply.
2. Admissions – Camp service is provided only to households consisting of a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 members. It is permissible to provide service to groups however formed, in full compliance with these regulations by group members. Minors under the age of 25, when not constituting a family unit or if not guests of clients, are reserved a specific area within the accommodation facility.
3. Guests – Customers are allowed to receive guests within the accommodation facility. Guest access is allowed only during the opening hours of the Reception Office and upon payment of the appropriate fee. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed unless they are accompanied by adults, who are obliged to watch over their conduct during their entire stay within the accommodation, and are answerable to BCV and third parties for all legal purposes.
SECTION II – Reservations and stay limits.
4. Reservation Restrictions – Reservations for stays, except for certain special offers made by BCV, can only be made with the tour operator CVMI srl – Baia Holiday. Therefore, for booking conditions, see what is in the Baia Holiday catalog and/or website.
5. Exclusions – BCV reserves the right to consider as unwelcome, and therefore not admitted, guests who do not have or do not meet the requirements set forth in the following points.
CHAPTER II – Check-in
6. Arrival and Registration – Receipt of guests and completion of registration formalities at the Reception Office is permitted only during the hours displayed at the entrance of the accommodation facility. At the time of registration, clients and their guests must provide BCV with their personal information. In case of any subsequent changes pertaining to people, services, and guests, the customer agrees to inform the Acceptance office. Should a component be found without registration it will be charged to the account from the 1st day of arrival of the crew to which it refers.
7. Assignment of mobile home – pitch (“Village” and “Camping” customers) – It is the customer’s obligation to occupy the mobile home or pitch indicated to him/her at the Acceptance Office, or to wait for an accompanying person to show him/her the one intended for him/her. Occupancy of a pitch other than the one assigned is permitted only with the express written permission of the Acceptance Office, with completion of a new registration procedure.
CHAPTER III – Check-out
8. Departure – The customer must leave the accommodation on the last day of the stay, by the following times:
– By 10 a.m. if equipped with a camper, caravan or tent;
– By 9 a.m. if staying in mobile home or bungalow.
9. Payment – Payment of the fee for the stay, as well as any other ancillary services for which immediate payment is not provided, is permitted only during the opening hours of the Cashier’s Office. Payment must be made no later than the day before the departure date, unless prepayment is required by Management, at its sole discretion. The customer is obliged to show the tax documentation proving payment, to the staff in charge of such control placed at the exit of the facility.
10. Security Deposit – At the time of registration, the customer staying in mobile home or bungalow may be required to pay a sum of money, not producing interest, as a security deposit for any damage caused to property and equipment, endowments, identification bracelets, which will be returned to him/her upon departure. This is without prejudice to BCV’s right to compensation for any greater damage caused.
TITLE III – Standards of conduct for clients and their guests.
CHAPTER I – Prohibitions
11. Respect for vegetation – It is prohibited to alter in any way and by any means the existing flora within the facility.
12. Lighting of fires – Free fires are prohibited on the entire area of the accommodation facility and its appurtenances. This is subject to the more restrictive regulations of heritage protection and preservation agencies. The use of the special cooking grills located within the facility is authorized only on days when there is no “moderate” wind of an intensity greater than force 3 on the Beaufort scale (wind speed between 5.5 and 8 m/s) and by strictly adhering to the instructions for use displayed at each one. The use of gas stoves within the pitches is allowed at a distance of more than 1 meter from the surrounding vegetation.
13. Waste Disposal – It is forbidden to dispose of waste outside the appropriate containers in accordance with the current regulations on separate waste collection. It is forbidden to dispose of sewage, of any kind and from any source, outside the appropriate points of use located within the accommodation facility (mandatory procedure for the discharge of sewage from caravans and campers) and/or outside the sanitary facilities.
14. Use of cables and electrical equipment – It is prohibited to obstruct the viable paths placed within the accommodation facility with cables and/or any other instrument for the derivation of electrical energy; their support of the surrounding vegetation is also prohibited. The staff of the accommodation facility is expressly authorized to immediately detach without notice any cable and/or other instrument affixed in violation of the preceding paragraph. The same authorization is given in the case of electrical connections found not to be in compliance with current regulations.
15. Use of public address equipment – Conduct that disturbs the public peace is prohibited inside the accommodation facility and its appurtenances, as well as on the beach in front of it. Within the time slots displayed inside the accommodation and in any case set forth in the Residence Rules, it is forbidden to set up or fold camping equipment, to speak in a tone of voice not appropriate to the quiet that is intended to be guaranteed during these periods, and to use mechanical means. Management, at its sole discretion, may make exceptions for entertainment activities. Both nudity and “toplessness” are expressly prohibited inside the facility; nudity is also prohibited for children, inside commercial, dining and bar establishments.
16. Pets – Pets are allowed inside the facility. For the regulation of the presence of pets, reference is made to the rules listed in the specific regulation.
17. Alterations to the pitch – It is forbidden to alter in any way the state of the assigned pitch, unless such a requirement is justified by particularly adverse weather conditions that endanger the safety of persons and/or property; in which case the client is obliged to immediately restore the state of the places upon the cessation of such conditions, at his or her full care and expense.
18. Playground – Children under the age of 3 and over the age of 12 are prohibited from using the static playground. Access to the playground is allowed only during the hours established by the Management, and to children accompanied by adults, who are responsible for it for all legal purposes to BCV and third parties.
19. Use of electricity delivery systems – The use of electricity delivery systems on the pitches is for the exclusive use of caravans, campers, caravans, and domestic equipment. It is expressly forbidden to use such systems for charging electric cars, as they may generate failures to the power grid as well as to your car. In case of violation of this prohibition, the management of the Camping Village reserves the right to impose on violators a fine of Euro 300.00 for each violation.
20. Hours of Silence – During the hours of silence, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., conduct that disturbs the peace is prohibited within the facility and its appurtenances therefore all noises that may disturb the rest of the campers are prohibited. All are requested to speak in an appropriate tone of voice, to keep the volume of televisions, radios, ect. low, and to have their children respect the right of others to rest. During said hours, when returning to the campground, the utmost silence must be adopted out of respect for those who are already resting. It is forbidden to use within the campground, during the hours of silence, any type of vehicle because this would cause discomfort to all customers.
CHAPTER II – Access to and use of means of transportation within the facility.
21. Cars – The use of cars is authorized only for unloading on arrival and loading on departure, camping equipment and luggage. No more than 2 hours may be spent on each of these operations, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Reception Office. You are not allowed to wash your car, caravans, and/or boat, etc., inside the campground.
22. Motorhomes – Access of motorhomes to the accommodation facility is allowed only to those regularly approved, including for the purpose of overnight stay, by the competent authorities. The Receiving Office staff may request the production of such documentation.
23. Restrictions – Access to playgrounds is allowed under supervision of the parents of minors. Use of the spa is prohibited for children under the age of 16. Bicycles are not allowed inside the playground.
24. Circulation – Circulation within the accommodation facility is allowed in accordance with the traffic regulations of the Italian Highway Code, according to the relevant limitations, obligations, characteristics of vehicles, etc.. A speed limit of 10 km/h is established for circulation within the accommodation facility. The staff of the accommodation facility is authorized to confiscate a bicycle from a minor who rides it at a speed exceeding the limit set forth in the preceding paragraph or in such a way as to create danger to others; the vehicle will be made available to the adult who is responsible for the minor. In addition, the use of electric scooters is not allowed inside the accommodation facility.
25. Parking – The accommodation facility has designated outdoor parking areas located in the areas pertaining to it. Obstruction of escape routes by any means is strictly prohibited under penalty of forcible removal. If the obstruction is repeated for the third time by the same means, it will be confiscated and returned to the claimant at the end of the stay.
Orientationally from June 10 to September 15, all cars, motorcycles, and boat carts must be parked outside the Holiday Center in the designated parking spaces indicated by signs. Outside this period, parking is allowed inside.
CHAPTER III- Emergency Management
26. In case of fire – Special loudspeakers (acoustic sirens) are placed inside the facility that will give an alarm warning in case of a serious fire. Upon the occurrence of such an event, customers should proceed in good order to the “temporary collection points” indicated by appropriate signage, at which they will wait for the emergency team that will lead them to the general collection point at the entrance of the accommodation facility.
27. In case of other emergencies-Sanitary, severe natural events, public safety situations, inconveniences by sea: contact Campground staff if on call or consult the information board at the entrance where all telephone references for requesting help are listed.
TITLE IV – Liability
28. Customer and/or Guest Liability – Customers and/or their guests shall be personally liable to BCV and/or third parties for any damage to persons and/or property, direct and/or indirect, for any reason whatsoever caused as a result of conduct assumed in violation of the rules of this contract and/or others in force as applicable. This is without prejudice to BCV’s right to compensation for greater damages. Each camper is expected to guard his or her belongings scrupulously. Management assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items not left in their custody. Management assumes no responsibility for damage to cars, caravans, or other property caused by falling branches and/or pine cones.
Camping Village Liability – The Camping Village disclaims all liability for lost or stolen objects or valuables, for damage to persons or property not due to the direct negligence of Camping Village staff, for damage, disruptions and breakdowns caused by bad weather or force majeure.
29. Termination – The violation of Articles 11 and 12 of this contract entails its immediate termination, with the obligation of the customer and his guests to leave the accommodation within 6 hours after receipt of the notice of termination, as well as, by way of a penalty clause, to pay the consideration for the entire stay, even if the one enjoyed is less, with the right of BCV to the retention of the deposit until the satisfaction of its reasons for claim, as well as to be compensated for the greater damage. Any delay in arrival in excess of 10:00 a.m. on the day following the scheduled date or failure to give notice will likewise result in immediate termination, with BCV being entitled to compensation for damages.
TITLE V – Final Provisions
30. Variations – Any variation to the camping service provision scheme that does not conflict with the rules of this contract shall be made public by posting at the appropriate notice board relating to Notices located at the entrance to the facility. Any changes authorized for an individual customer shall be communicated to that customer in writing, which must be produced upon simple request by the staff of the accommodation facility. This waiver is not a source of equivalent right in favor of third parties.
31. Disputes – This contract is subject to Italian Law, and for any interpretation pertaining to what is set forth or for what is not provided for, express reference is made to the rules of law and in the absence thereof to custom and usage.
32. Assignment of Contract – This contract and the rights and obligations hereunder shall be automatically transferred, without the need for any consent on the part of the customer, as a result of mergers, incorporations, transfers of business or line of business pertaining exclusively to BCV. BCV does not accept the assignment of this contract by the customer to a third party.
33. Closing Clauses – Any tolerances on the part of BCV, referring to conduct of customers and/or their guests that are in violation of the provisions of this contract, shall not constitute any waiver of the relative rights to which it is entitled under these clauses. In the event that any contractual clause, is found, for whatever reason, to be inconsistent with mandatory provisions of the law, it shall be ineffective, without prejudice to the validity of the remaining clauses. This contract constitutes the complete manifestation of all agreements made between the parties and exhausts the regulation of their rights and obligations as far as the subject matter of the agreement is concerned. All previous and different written and oral agreements, whether between the parties or towards third parties, regarding this contract shall be considered annulled and deprived of effect. Any changes to the terms and conditions of this contract are required to be in writing under penalty of nullity.
Animal regulations
Your pets are welcome in our Village, but in order not to cause discomfort to other guests we ask that you abide by the following regulations:
Pets are allowed only in Pitch and in some types of Mobile Home and in limited number, i.e. maximum 2 pets per unit. For exceptions to the number contact the management. Animals are not accepted in the Resort, SunLodge and Clever Sectors.
1. The presence of animals must be reported compulsorily at the time of reservation and arrival.
2. At check-in, animals must have the appropriate health booklet with vaccinations in order to be presented to Management.
3. Management reserves the right to accept the animal at its discretion if it does not conform to what the guest stated in the reservation.
4. Dispensers for biodegradable bags for droppings collection are available inside the Camping Village.
5. Animals must be taken outside the facility for their needs, which must be immediately removed with appropriate bag and dustpan.
6. Animals will not be allowed to be left unattended at their pitch/living unit.
7. Outside their accommodation and/or pitch, animals must be kept on a leash at all times and, in the case of aggressive animals, muzzled as well.
8. Animals may only enter the beach from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. according to the regulations of the Region of Sardinia.
9. Dogs will not be allowed to frequent all areas within the village. In particular, animals are not allowed inside the reception, inside the supermarket, sports equipment, playground, swimming pool etc. Pets are allowed in the restaurant only in the areas designated by the restaurant staff
10. Animals are not allowed to be brought inside the restrooms. It is strictly forbidden to shower animals inside toilets or showers. Animals may be washed only within the designated areas designated by Camping Village staff.
11.Animal owners must ensure that their animal does not invade the pitch or accommodation or disturb other guests in the Village.
12. It is the duty of the owners to ensure the utmost compliance with sanitation standards during the animal’s stay in the facilities, any use of bath or bedding for the animal is prohibited, and it is absolutely forbidden to let the animal on the beds, chairs chairs, tables, etc.
13. Any damage caused to third parties and Village facilities by animals is the full responsibility of the owner.
14. Animals belonging to dangerous breeds (reference to Ministry of Health Order No. 213 dated 10-09-2004), and large animals (max. 30kg) are not allowed inside the resort.
15. All those who enter the Camping Village, declare that they have received a copy of these regulations at the time of reservation and/or entry, and that they accept them without exception.
Management reserves the right to immediately remove from the village any guests who fail to abide by the rules specified in the above points, and in particular, management reserves the right to report violators of points 5 and 6 of the rules to the appropriate authorities. Management also does not accept any mistreatment of animals even if carried out by their rightful owners.
Any mistreatment behavior toward dogs will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Beach service regulations
The following regulations are intended to protect the safety and well-being of customers, as well as order and cleanliness within the establishments operated by Baia Holiday.
Each customer is required to comply with all laws and regulations that generally govern activity on beaches and the use of equipment. In particular, attention is drawn to the following points below.
1. All those who enter the Camping Village, declare that they have received a copy of these regulations at the time of reservation and/or entry, and that they accept them without exception.
2. Beach service is active only for Camping Village Customers, in the areas delimited by the appropriate signs.
3. Beach service can be purchased at the time of booking or directly at the Camping Village.
4. In order to use the service, it is necessary to apply to the Campground Reception for the issuance of the appropriate Voucher, which must be shown at each request of the staff in charge. The issued Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable to third parties.
5. The service includes a minimum rental of one beach umbrella and two beach beds. Each umbrella will accommodate a maximum of four people; therefore, it is recommended not to exceed this presence to avoid unpleasant crowding.
6. Umbrella assignment is made at its own discretion, by the camp management.
7. The customer must keep the Voucher proving his or her right to use the beach services at the beach place, in order to be able to show it at any request coming from the company staff in charge of controls. Persons not ticketed and found making use of the establishment’s facilities will have to pay the full price of the beach place for the entire day.
8. No refunds of current subscriptions will be made for any reason (second thoughts, bad weather, high tide, storm surges, natural disasters, etc.).
9. For each beach place, additional sunbeds can be assigned as an additional charge, until the equipment is exhausted.
10. No chairs or sunbeds may be taken from other beach places.
11. Chairs and sunbeds cannot be moved away from the beach place so as not to encroach on the space of the neighboring place.
12. Conduct that is improper, unbecoming, or otherwise likely to inconvenience other customers is not permitted. If appropriate there will be immediate removal from the plant.
13. The customer shall use the equipment taking care not to damage it and giving prompt notice to the Management of any malfunction of the equipment. Users are required to compensate for any damage caused (through their own intent or fault) to equipment owned by Camping Village.
14. The Camping Village shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever for items and/or materials owned by the guest that are damaged or stolen inside or outside the concession; therefore, it is recommended that money, valuables in general, clothing, toys, mats and any other personal items should never be left unattended; both day and night.
15. It is prohibited to place one’s own deckchairs, sunbeds, chairs, umbrellas, sunshades, tents and any other installations and equipment in the sectors and areas under concession to the Camping Village.
16. Sports activities and games (volleyball, soccer, bocce ball, etc.) are allowed only in the areas behind the umbrellas. No liability is accepted for damage to property or persons caused by the sports activities practiced.
17. For reasons related to the safety of tourists, holes dug on the beach for play and which should be small in size should always be covered.
18. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or other trash on the strand.
19. It is prohibited to place in the lido area within 5 meters from the shoreline, umbrellas, beach chairs, recreational units or other things obstructing transit and bathing. Where there are bathing establishments, the prohibition also extends beyond five meters from the shoreline to the first row of umbrellas.
20. It is forbidden to light fires on the beach; violators of this provision will be reported to the competent Public Security Authorities.
21. Children’s use of games must be in the presence of their parents or the adults who have custody of them. Management accepts no responsibility for improper use of equipment. Don’t get on games that are wet from the rain.
22. The Camping Village also carries out, by legal obligation, lifesaving and first aid activities in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Regulations for the Use of the Maritime State Property and the Municipal Ordinance – Regulation of Bathing Activities.
23. Meaning of the flag displayed: BLUE: active lifeguard service and ideal and safe weather conditions for bathing; YELLOW: caution! Reduced rescue service. – Bathing allowed; RED: Danger or lack of rescue service! – Bathing not recommended.
24. In the event that the sea state is judged to be dangerous, i.e., dangerous situations exist, a red flag will be raised. Bathing is not recommended with such a sign, and Camping Village disclaims any responsibility to those who do not observe this warning.
25. To protect the safety of customers, the management reserves the right to suspend service in case of bad weather.
26. On high wind days, umbrellas must remain strictly closed. Each customer, under these circumstances is required to observe the instructions of the beach staff.
27. It is forbidden to stay on the lifeboat, touch the equipment provided for the purpose, and stand in the area of the life turret.
28. The customer shall comply with the provisions contained in these Regulations, the Ordinances of the Municipality and the Harbor Master’s Office, and the Municipal Regulations for the Use of the Maritime State Property. The documents are displayed at the entrance of the plant. Failure to comply will result in the offender being removed from the establishment.
Port regulations
In welcoming you, the Management thanks you for your trust and invites you to adhere, in the common interest, to the following standards
1. Berth assignment is made at the sole discretion of the Management. This allocation may be further changed by Management due to force majeure, work, adverse weather conditions, safety reasons, or otherwise.
2. Registration must be done at the reception office and completed by the port staff.Then the launching can take place, all in accordance with the displayed hours.
3. Upon assignment of the berth, an entry card containing the characteristics of the boat and the period of the berth, as well as a sticker bearing the assigned berth number is issued. Such a sticker must be prominently displayed on the boat. Boats without will be unmoored and guarded.
4. The user is obliged to declare the exact dimensions of the boat, calculated “overall,” i.e., the actual footprint of the vessel, including the dolphin deck, aft platform, pulpit, outboard motor, and any other protrusions. Users have an obligation to respect the berth assignment.
5. The user is obliged to notify the reception office in advance of any changes to the entry form. In case of no communication, what is indicated on the first compilation entry form will be considered valid.
6. It is forbidden to wash boats of any kind or parts thereof near the docks or on the slipway. These operations shall be carried out only in the places indicated by the Management, with the authorization of the employees and at the scheduled times. Boat trolleys should be parked in the spaces reserved for them immediately after the launching/launching of boats.
7. Requirements and verifications concerning safety – Boats at berth must be equipped with appropriate fenders. They should possess all the buoyancy and stability requirements necessary to meet seaworthiness conditions. In the interest of safety, any arrangement that could result in the danger of fire, bursting or otherwise causing damage to nearby vessels or shore facilities must be avoided.
8. Mooring – Boats must be moored safely and according to proper seamanship rules. The user is responsible for any damage caused to port equipment and/or other anchored vessels due to negligence in maneuvering or anchoring or to unsuitable, obsolete or misused equipment. Management disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from the above-mentioned inadequacies.
9. Insurance – Boats shall be insured, by the user and/or owner, for theft, including of the engine, as well as to cover fire, bursting, damage to property of third parties, as well as for third party liability, including among the insured risks any damage caused to other boats, equipment and facilities of the tourist landing place, with adequate limits and not less than those provided by law. Coverage must provide, for each individual policy, a waiver of recourse against the landing concessionaire.
10. Speed in port – The approach to berths shall be made with the engine off, according to the provisions and ordinances of the Harbor Master. For boats that cannot be maneuvered with the engine off, the maximum speed allowed near moorings is equal to the minimum expressed by the evolutionary characteristics of the craft, however, not more than two knots. This provision applies to any boat sailing within 200 meters of the landing place and within the landing place itself (provisions contained in Harbor Master’s Orders and subject to penalties).
11. Nuisance Noise Emission – In the absence of specific authorization from Management, the use of generators, engine tests or other operations that generate nuisance noise is prohibited.
12. The Management disclaims all liability, even jointly and severally with others, for partial or total damage to anchored boats or to property and persons, caused by unknown third parties or adverse weather conditions. It is not liable for any total or partial theft, misappropriation or loss suffered by anyone who sails in the marina or makes use of it.
13. Management reserves the right to revoke the berth of boats whose owners, crews or guests have behaved in a manner inconsistent with the fairness of social relations and have contravened the provisions of these regulations.
