The new Poljana Restaurant is designed as a modern, accessible building on two levels. The ground floor includes bar and self-service restaurant with distribution line and kitchen, while the second floor houses the a la carte restaurant; both levels have large outdoor terraces.
All rooms comply with accessibility regulations: non-slip floors, coplanar pathways, reduced thresholds in restrooms, lighting enhanced to 500 lux, and raised tactile surfaces. The bar is designed with conforming heights, and the transitions between tables ensure adequate minimum width.
