How to make a reservation?

Reservations can be made:

  • Through our Online Booking, by calling our Booking Center +39 0365 520682
  • By calling the facility’s reception desk at: +39 041 530 0826

To confirm the reservation, a 25% deposit is due within 7 days and the balance 15 days before arrival.

Terms and conditions

How to edit a reservation?

Changes in terms of personal information, number of participants, or ancillary services from what is stated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation are accepted within 15 days before the arrival date.

Requests for change of date and/or change of accommodation are also allowed if communicated within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date

What are the payment methods?

Reservations can be settled by credit card online, over the phone with one of our operators or by bank transfer.

The accepted payment circuits are VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. You can also pay in installments with Scalapay, without interest.

Are there minimum stays? Fixed arrival and departure days?

Depending on periods and accommodations there is a minimum number of nights, with free day of arrival for most units.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is a tax that guests have to pay for nights spent in the accommodations. It is excluded from all estimates.

The amounts, duration, and exemptions of the tourist tax vary according to the municipality of the location and must be paid locally.

Environmental contribution

Every vacation involves an environmental impact, but together we can do something about it!
In order to safeguard and preserve the magnificent habitat of the naturalistic areas in which our facilities are located, we have introduced the “Environmental Contribution“: it is applied to the amount of the stay and is entirely devoted to financing actions for environmental sustainability.

RECEPTION

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in for the village sector is from 5 p.m., check-out by 9 a.m. Instead, for the camping sector, check-in is from 12 noon and check-out by 10 a.m.

What are the opening hours of the cash register?

The cashier is open from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily unless there are changes, which will be notified to customers.

What are the hours of the reception?

The reception desk is open in high season from 7 am to 11 pm. In low season, schedules may be subject to change, which will be reported to customers

Is there a quiet time?

Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. It is still allowed to drive around in a car.

Is it possible to enter and leave the campground at night?

No, during quiet hours you can leave your car in the parking lot and access it on foot.

Is there a possibility of late check-out?

Yes, subject to the availability of the accommodation it is possible to get a late check-out until 6 pm with payment of 50% of the daily rate. The service can only be purchased locally and will be confirmed the day before departure.

Are checks accepted?

No, payments are accepted by credit card (no american express) or cash up to the maximum amount of € 999.99

Is there a lost and found office?

Yes, at the reception desk

How can I book a cab?

It is possible to book a cab directly at the front desk

What types of pitches do you have?

You can view the different types of pitches here

Can I have BBQ on the pitch?

Electric and/or gas only. Use of BBQs with charcoal and fires prohibited

Is it possible to reserve a specific pitch number?

By joining Pre-Booking and paying the balance by December, a specific number of accommodations can be booked. Alternatively, you can specify a preference when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee 100%.

Can I have outside guests only for the day?

It is possible to receive same-day guests upon registration with ID at the front desk. A visitor’s fee is charged if the latter stays beyond 2 hours. The time slot available for the visitor is from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Where do I empty the chemical toilet?

In each sanitary group there is the area where to empty the chemical toilet (link with map)

Are private bathrooms present?

Each health group has a private bathroom, which you can reserve; alternatively, you can request this service directly at the reception desk, subject to availability.

Are washers and dryers present?

Yes, within each sanitary group there is a laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer ( 0.50€ – 1.00€ – 2.00€).

HOUSING UNITS

How many people can the mobile homes accommodate?

Our accommodations accommodate from a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6. Maximum occupancy varies by type.

Are sheets and towels included?

Unless otherwise indicated among the services included in the accommodation, the provision of bed linen and towels is not included in the price.

It is still possible to rent them by requesting this extra service either at the time of booking or directly on site by paying an additional fee.

Is final cleaning included?

Final cleaning is a mandatory extra service in all housing units, the price is already included in the quote.

How do you get to the beach?

The campground is located directly by the sea, surrounded almost entirely by beaches. All beaches are within walking distance in a few minutes.

Are there sunbeds in the pool?

There is a fee for access. There is a corresponding charge for each service and treatment.

There is Wi-Fi, which is free inside the restaurant and charged in the rest of the campsite. It can be purchased directly at the front desk

Where is the nearest pharmacy?

The nearest pharmacy is only 2 km from the Holiday Center.

Is there a gymnasium?

Yes, there is a fully equipped gym within the Holiday Center.

No, it is not possible to rent bicycles directly at the campground, but we rely on an outside rental located about 2 km from the campground.

Is there an ATM machine in the campground?

Yes, one is located near the reception and another in the Taste Square.

Is the water in the campground drinkable?

Yes, the water is potable throughout the facility.
