At 40 m², the Baia Imperial Exclusive, is the ideal solution for those who want to spend their vacations in total relaxation, just a stone’s throw from the lake. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with a kitchen complete with a table, chairs, a very comfortable sofa, a 4-burner stove, sink, cookware and dishes, and a pedestal refrigerator complete with freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The accommodation features 1 full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Outside is a large wooden terrace complete with a small private pool where you can relax in peace and quiet. Included in this accommodation are bed linen, bath linen and air conditioning.
