Book Safely
- Flexibility regarding changes: You may request changes to personal information, the number of guests, or additional services up to 15 days before the arrival date, and changes to the arrival date or accommodation must be communicated within 30 days of arrival (subject to availability). A €25 change fee applies, with any necessary rate adjustments.
- Travel with Confidence Guarantee: Contracts may include (or provide for the option to purchase) an insurance policy that allows you to request reimbursement of cancellation fees in the cases specified and subject to the policy’s deductibles.
- Voucher in Case of Cancellation: For contracts that include the Viaggia Sicuro policy, Baia Holiday offers the option to cover cancellation fees—through the issuance of a personalized voucher—for cases not directly covered by the policy. The voucher can be used for a new reservation by December 31 of the following year.
- Transportation Services: Baia Holiday is available to provide assistance, information on classes and rates set by shipping or maritime companies (or to issue documentation related to separately purchased services), helping customers manage services related to their accommodations.
