How to make a reservation?
Reservations can be made:

To confirm the reservation, a 25% deposit is due within 7 days and the balance 15 days before arrival.
How to edit a reservation?
Changes in terms of personal information, number of participants, or ancillary services from what is stated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation are accepted within 15 days before the arrival date.
Requests for change of date and/or change of accommodation are also allowed if communicated within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date
What are the payment methods?
Reservations can be settled by credit card online, over the phone with one of our operators or by bank transfer.
The accepted payment circuits are VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI. It is also possible to pay in installments with Scalapay.

Are there minimum stays? Fixed arrival and departure days?
Depending on periods and accommodations there is a minimum number of nights, with free day of arrival for most units.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a tax that guests have to pay for nights spent in the accommodation facilities. It is excluded from all estimates.
The amounts, duration, and exemptions of the tourist tax vary according to the municipality of the location and must be paid locally.
Environmental contribution
Every vacation involves an environmental impact, but together we can do something about it!
In order to safeguard and preserve the magnificent habitat of the naturalistic areas where our facilities are located, we have introduced the “Environmental Contribution” of €2.90 per person per day. It is applied at the reservation stage and is fully allocated to financing actions for environmental sustainability.
RECEPTION
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in for the village sector is from 5 p.m., check-out by 9 a.m. Instead, for the camping sector, check-in is from 12 noon and check-out by 10 a.m.
What are the opening hours of the cash register?
The cash desk is open daily from 8 a.m. to noon and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
What are the hours of the reception?
The reception desk is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. After that time, the watchman will welcome guests with reservations.
Is there a quiet time?
Yes, every day from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Is it possible to enter and leave the campground at night?
No, during quiet hours you can leave your car in the parking lot and access it on foot.
Is there a possibility of late check-out?
Yes, subject to the availability of the accommodation it is possible to get a late check-out until 6 pm with payment of 50% of the daily rate. The service can only be purchased locally and will be confirmed the day before departure.
Are checks accepted?
No, payments by credit card (no American Express) or cash are accepted

What types of pitches do you have?

How many amps are in the pitch?
The amperage varies according to the type. Our pitches range from 4 amps to 16 amps.
Do all plots have loading and unloading facilities?
None of our types provide water discharge directly to the pitch. Some Paradise pitches and our Superplatzs have water charges.

Can I have BBQ on the pitch?
According to a Forestry Authority resolution, a barbecue area within the campsite is not possible and is not planned.
Is it possible to reserve a specific pitch number?
By joining Pre-Booking and paying the balance by Oct. 31, a specific number of accommodations can be booked. Alternatively, you can specify a preference when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee 100%.
RESTROOMS
Where do I empty the chemical toilet?
There is a dedicated area at toilet sites where the chemical toilet can be emptied
Are private bathrooms present?
Yes,our private toilets are located within toilet group S1, S2 and S4.
Guests will receive their bathroom refreshed with care; there is no daily or weekly tidying up.
Are washers and dryers present?
Yes, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers for a fee.
HOUSING UNITS
How many people can the mobile homes accommodate?
Our accommodations accommodate from a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6. Maximum occupancy varies by type.
Are sheets and towels included?
Unless otherwise indicated among the services included in the accommodation, the provision of bed linen and towels is not included in the price.
It is still possible to rent them by requesting this extra service either at the time of booking or directly on site by paying an additional fee.
Is final cleaning included?
Final cleaning is a mandatory extra service in all housing units, the price is already included in the quote.
Can I have outside guests only for the day?
It is possible to receive same-day guests upon registration with ID at the front desk. A visitor’s fee is charged if the latter stays beyond 2 hours. The time slot available for the visitor is from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Our restaurant always tries to respect the needs of guests, who are asked to indicate intolerance or allergy when making reservations.
BEACH
Are there games on the beach?
No, there are no beach games present. However, there is a playground and ping-pong table near our Pier Beach, as well as a Beach Volleyball court in White Beach.
Can I smoke on the beach?
According to a new municipal resolution, smoking is allowed on the beach only in the areas indicated by the relevant sign.
Is there a beach service provided?
Yes, there is beach service Amphitheater and White beach. The service is available upon request and charges a daily fee. It can be purchased at the time of booking or directly on site, subject to availability.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you can only go to the beach with your dog from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. according to the ordinance of the region of Sardinia
How do you get to the beach?
The campground is located directly by the sea, surrounded almost entirely by beaches. All beaches are within walking distance in a few minutes.
PET FRIENDS.
Where can I go with the dog?
The dog, accompanied by a leash, is free to roam at the entire outdoor area of the campsite. In addition, it is possible to go to the restaurant in his company as long as it is in the covered outdoor veranda.
In contrast, access is prohibited inside the reception, supermarket, spa, and playground.
Can I bring my dog to the beach?
Animals can only access the beach from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. according to the regulations of the Region of Sardinia.
SPA
Is access free?
Access is free with prior reservation. There is a corresponding charge for each service and treatment.
ANIMATION
Is animation present?
Yes, animation is present in the high season periods indicatively from May to September. The period may be subject to change.
At what ages is animation suitable?
Three age groups:
– KidsCLUB ages 5 to 8.
– JayCLUB ages 9 to 11.
– TeenCLUB ages 12 and up.

Wi-fi
There is Wi-Fi, free inside the bar and for a fee in the rest of the campsite. It can be purchased directly at the front desk.
Connection is not guaranteed in all areas of Centro Vacanze Isuledda (to be checked directly on site).

A ticket for the motorboat excursion can be purchased at the reception desk. Tickets for public transportation can be purchased directly on board.
Where is the nearest pharmacy?
The nearest pharmacy is located in Cannigione, just 3 km from the Holiday Center.
Is there a gymnasium?
No, the gym is not present in the campground
Is there bike rental available?
Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles at the in-house diving center.
Is there an ATM machine in the campground?
Yes, it is located in front of the reception.
Are there any discos nearby?
Yes, the area is home to several nightclubs and discos, the first is only 1.5km from the campsite, others are located in the famous resorts of Baja Sardinia and Porto Cervo.
