How to make a reservation?
Reservations can be made:

To confirm the reservation, a 25% deposit is due within 7 days and the balance 15 days before arrival.
How to edit a reservation?
Changes in terms of personal information, number of participants, or ancillary services from what is stated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation are accepted within 15 days before the arrival date.
Requests for change of date and/or change of accommodation are also allowed if communicated within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date
What are the payment methods?
Reservations can be settled by credit card online, over the phone with one of our operators or by bank transfer.
The accepted payment circuits are VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI. It is also possible to pay in installments with Scalapay.

Are there minimum stays? Fixed arrival and departure days?
Depending on periods and accommodations there is a minimum number of nights, with free day of arrival for most units.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a tax that guests have to pay for nights spent in the accommodation facilities. It is excluded from all estimates.
The amounts, duration, and exemptions of the tourist tax vary according to the municipality of the location and must be paid locally.
Environmental contribution
Every vacation involves an environmental impact, but together we can do something about it!
In order to safeguard and preserve the magnificent habitat of the naturalistic areas where our facilities are located, we have introduced the “Environmental Contribution” of €2.90 per person per day. It is applied at the reservation stage and is fully allocated to financing actions for environmental sustainability.
RECEPTION
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time for housing units is 5 p.m. while check-out time is 9 a.m.
For pitches check-in at 12 noon while check-out at 10 a.m.
What are the opening hours of the cash register?
The cashier is open from 8 a.m. to noon and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily
What are the hours of the reception?
The reception desk is open in high season from 7am to 11pm in low season could be open from 8am to 10pm (after that time will be the watchman to welcome guests with reservation )
Is there a quiet time?
Yes, 1 to 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Is it possible to enter and leave the campground at night?
No, during the quiet time it is possible to walk around (after 11 p.m. vehicles can only enter and leave the parking lot)
Is there a possibility of late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability of the accommodation a late check-out at 6 pm is possible by paying 50% of the daily rate and confirming it the day before departure with reception.
Are checks accepted?
No, payments by credit card (no American Express /Diners) or cash are accepted
Is there a lost and found office?
Yes, at the reception desk

What types of pitches do you have?

How many amps are in the pitch?
The plots have electricity connections up to 10 amps; an industrial outlet is required to connect to the posts.
Do all plots have loading and unloading facilities?
Only some types have loading and unloading in plots, you can check the types here
Can I have BBQ on the pitch?
Only gas/electric barbecues are allowed on the pitch; charcoal barbecues are allowed in the communal masonry barbecues (3 islands of 10 stations each are available)
Is it possible to reserve a specific pitch number?
By joining pre-booking and paying by December you can reserve a specific number, otherwise you can indicate a preference at the booking stage and we will do our best to meet it according to availability.
Can I have outside guests only for the day?
Guests are admitted at Management’s discretion from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. upon registration at the front desk by presenting identification documents and for stays over 1 hour with payment of the current visitor rate.
RESTROOMS
Where do I empty the chemical toilet?
At the toilet points, there is an area where the chemical toilet can be emptied.
Chemical toilet drains available in 3 toilet groups.
Are washers and dryers present?
Yes, within the public toilets there is a laundry room with washing machines (8 kg load) and coin-operated dryers that can be purchased at the reception desk.
HOUSING UNITS
How many people can the mobile homes accommodate?
Our mobile homes accommodate from a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6
Are sheets and towels included?
Unless otherwise indicated among the services included in the accommodation, the provision of bed linen and towels is not included in the price.
It is still possible to rent them by requesting this extra service either at the time of booking or directly on site by paying an additional fee.
Is final cleaning included?
Final cleaning is a mandatory extra service in all housing units, the price is already included in the quote.
Can I have outside guests only for the day?
It is possible to have guests for the day by registering entry with documents at the front desk and paying the visitor’s fee from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

BEACH
Can I smoke on the beach?
No, smoking is only allowed in areas equipped to accommodate smokers as per city ordinance and to place butts in the appropriate bins.
Is there a beach service provided?
Yes, there is extra beach service or free beach. You can request this service at the front desk or when booking for the same price.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in the free beach you can go to the beach with your dog only from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. according to the ordinance of the region of Sardinia.
Our facility has a fully equipped dog beach where dogs are welcome and can bathe without restrictions.
How do you get to the beach?
The campground is 20 m from the beach, which can be reached on foot by crossing the road.
PET FRIENDS.
Where can I go with the dog?
There are designated areas where you can walk your dog on a leash only.
Dogs are allowed in the restaurant/bar in dedicated areas. Access to the swimming pool, market and some types of pitches or housing units is prohibited.
Can I bring my dog to the beach?
You can access the free beach with your dog only from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., according to the ordinance of the region of Sardinia.
Instead, it is possible to access the equipped dog beaches at any time.
WATER PARK
Is a headset mandatory?
Yes, for hygienic reasons the cap is mandatory. You can buy it at the market, at the reception desk or at the pool.
Are there sunbeds in the pool?
Yes, they have an extra cost to be paid directly on site at the reception or at the pool, alternatively there is a lawn in which you can put your towels.

Is animation present?
Yes, animation is present in the high season periods indicatively from May to September
At what ages is animation suitable?
Three age groups:
– KidsCLUB ages 5 to 8.
