Trying kayaking with the experts of the Sea Kayak Sardinia team means a mix of adrenaline and adventure, but also relaxation, exploring the sea and the beauty of the Sardinian Mediterranean coast from a direct point of view, training with an outdoor sport, and breathing in the freedom of moving around in a canoe independently.

Some of the professional BCU Kayaking courses organized: BCU 1 & 2 Stars One Star – Kayaking in calm seas to learn basic control Two Stars – Developing basic skills on calm waters. Approach to Kayaking and General Skills Assessment. Total Course First Star 6 hours Includes: First day assessment, second day lecture and training for a total of 2 days Achievement of Second Star: Includes: 2 days of intensive course for a total of 6.5 hours
