THE VILLA
The renovation of the existing historic villa sees the creation of 6 apartments, with access from a common central staircase and served by an elevator on the three above-ground levels. Each apartment consists of large living area with kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one of which has a dedicated bathroom, storage room and bathroom. The ground floor will enjoy the garden surrounding the villa, while the apartments on the first floor will have generous outdoor, wood-framed windowsills; small outdoor spaces have been created on the second floor. The typology of the villa is of the traditional local type. The intervention was embellished with partial exterior cladding in aurisina stone, already present in nearby interventions.
