That is why, to discover the other side of Venice, we propose the discovery of its Islands, fascinating for their naturalistic beauty but also for the artistic richness that characterizes them.

Venice is only 30 minutes from the campground and offers a classic itinerary. Take the boat directly to St. Mark’s Square or reach the renowned Venetian islands. Burano whose brightly colored houses enshrine the artists of traditional lace-making. Murano synonymous with precious colored and mouth-blown glass. And the small town of Torcello where you can see the Devil’s Bridge and find the landscapes described by Hemingway in his novel “Across the River and Into the Trees.” Not to be forgotten is the food and wine side that distinguishes these areas, important certainly is the fish proposal but not to be overlooked is the wine production perfect for pairing also with tasty meat dishes.
