The new Poljana Restaurant is designed as a modern, accessible two-story building with a maximum capacity of 535 people. The ground floor includes a bar, self-service restaurant with distribution line and kitchen, while the first floor houses the à la carte restaurant; both levels have large outdoor terraces. The building measures approximately 26.80 × 35.40 m for a total of 719 m², with maximum heights of 9.35 m for the roof and 7.26 m for the eaves.
Pedestrian access is provided at several points (ramp to the north and paved terrace to the southeast), while the southwest area is reserved for deliveries. All areas comply with accessibility regulations: non-slip floors, coplanar paths, reduced thresholds in toilets, enhanced lighting at 500 lux, and tactile surfaces with relief up to 5 mm. The bar is designed with compliant heights, and the passages between tables ensure adequate minimum width.
The existing building is smaller, measuring approximately 21 × 28 m for a total of 473.6 m², with a roof height of 7.58 m and eaves at 3.50 m. The ground floor houses a restaurant, kitchen, bar, storage rooms, staff areas, and restrooms, with access from the southeast and vehicle access also possible from the northeast.
